iNtensity HEALS and Elle Cliniques Psychiatry to Host Free Community Wellness Event

ORLANDO, FL, August 04, 2026: In a shared commitment to advancing whole-person health and wellness, iNtensity HEALS in collaboration with Elle Cliniques Psychiatry will host a free community event, “Mind, Body & Community: A Whole Person Care Experience,” on Saturday, August 8, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at 5850 Hansel Avenue, Belle Isle, Orlando, Florida 32809.

The event is designed to connect individuals and families with valuable health resources, educational opportunities, and wellness activities that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Community members are invited to participate in a day of engagement, learning, and support, with a particular focus on preparing families for the upcoming school year.

Attendees will have access to a range of free services and resources, including mental health assessments, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy education, insurance and intake consultations, and a variety of health screenings and informational booths. Healthcare professionals and wellness advocates will be on hand to provide guidance, answer questions, and connect participants with services that support their overall health journey.

Families with children are especially encouraged to attend. Young participants will have the opportunity to receive free school supplies, while parents and caregivers can access ADHD screenings, mental health education, and a Mental Health Resources Toolkit designed to help families identify and support children who may be experiencing emotional, behavioral, or developmental challenges.

Organizers note that fostering healthy communities requires attention to both physical and mental wellness. As such, the event will feature a variety of physical activity sessions and wellness experiences for both adults and children throughout the day, led by Andre Dream of Riddim & Roots. These activities are intended to encourage active lifestyles, strengthen community connections, and demonstrate the importance of integrating movement and recreation into daily life.

This event reflects the teams’ belief that health extends beyond clinical settings and requires a community-centred approach.

The event is free and open to the public. Residents of Belle Isle, Orlando, and surrounding communities are encouraged to take advantage of the services, screenings, educational resources, and family-friendly activities being offered.
