Naples, Fla. — Vanderbilt Country Club announced the appointment of Scott Bertrand, CCM, CCE, LCAM, as its new General Manager and Chief Operating Officer. Bertrand brings extensive experience as a club executive, with a strong track record leading large, high-amenity golf communities and guiding organizations through complex transitions.

Bertrand joins Vanderbilt Country Club after spending six years at Treviso Bay, where he earned a reputation for building effective leadership teams, strengthening planning and accountability, and aligning operations with member expectations while maintaining high service standards.

Throughout his career, Bertrand has held senior leadership roles across Florida and the Midwest and has maintained long-standing involvement with the Club Management Association of America (CMAA). His experience and leadership approach position him well to support Vanderbilt Country Club’s continued excellence.

In his role as General Manager and Chief Operating Officer, Bertrand will be responsible for all aspects of the community and golf club, with a primary focus on leading the club’s team of professionals and working closely with the membership to maintain the club’s high standards and beautiful community.

Bertrand succeeds Tim Miller, who is retiring after six years of service to Vanderbilt Country Club.
