  • Tracy Horenbein
  • Drew Whitfield
  • David McKenzie

  • Additional artists to be announced

The event will be emceed by Barbra Faircloth.

The Tallahassee Chapter of NSAI, a member organization of Council on Culture & Arts (COCA), has been hosting benefit concerts since January 2025 to support educational and community initiatives across the region.

The concert also takes place during Parkinson’s Awareness Month, a time dedicated to raising awareness about Parkinson’s disease, a neurodegenerative condition affecting nearly 10 million people worldwide.

The Parkinson’s Disease Trailblazers of Sweat Therapy Fitness, a local nonprofit organization, works to empower individuals living with Parkinson’s disease by providing access to evidence-based, movement-focused exercise programs, including Rock Steady Boxing and PWR! (a specialized strength and mobility training). These programs have been shown to improve balance, mobility, confidence, and overall quality of life for people living with Parkinson’s, while also supporting their care partners.

Funds raised during the benefit concert will go directly toward scholarships and program support, ensuring that individuals living with Parkinson’s can participate in these life-changing programs regardless of financial circumstances.

“We believe movement is medicine,” said Kim Bibeau, founder of Sweat Therapy Fitness and the Parkinson’s Disease Trailblazers. “Through the Parkinson’s disease exercise programs we offer, I’ve seen first hand how people regain strength, confidence, and hope. This concert is a beautiful way for our arts community and health community to come together to support individuals and families living with Parkinson’s.”
