Technology-driven grooming and aesthetics concept will launch in Southwest Florida before planned national expansion

FORT MYERS, FL — October 1, 2026 — STAXX Corporation today announced plans to open its first flagship location at Edison Mall in Fort Myers, Florida, in January 2027, bringing a new technology-driven specialty grooming and aesthetics concept to Southwest Florida.

The STAXX flagship is being developed through a strategic alliance with Washington Prime, and is designed to combine personalized grooming, advanced non-invasive aesthetic technologies, artificial intelligence and automated treatments in a modern retail environment.

The Fort Myers location is expected to serve as the launch point for STAXX’s broader national expansion strategy, with the company projecting approximately 100 STAXX locations across the United States.

A New Approach to Grooming and Aesthetics

STAXX is developing a specialty experience that brings traditional personal grooming together with emerging aesthetic and automated technologies.

Planned services at the Edison Mall flagship include:

• Custom STAXX Haircuts — Personalized haircuts and grooming services designed around the STAXX brand experience.
• AI Robotic Facial Lift — A non-invasive facial treatment utilizing automated technology as part of STAXX’s next-generation approach to facial aesthetics.
• AI Contour Body Improvement — Non-invasive laser-based treatments designed to support body contouring and aesthetic goals.
• Robotic Laser Hair Removal — An automated laser hair-removal service utilizing robotic technology as part of the STAXX treatment experience.

The concept is designed to give customers access to emerging technologies in a professionally operated, contemporary environment while maintaining the personalized service traditionally associated with premium grooming and wellness.

Fort Myers Flagship to Launch National Growth Strategy

For STAXX, the Edison Mall opening represents more than the launch of a single retail location. The company intends for the Fort Myers flagship to establish the operational model, customer experience and technology platform for its planned national rollout.
