NyamTyme Launches in Florida: A Locally Built Membership Platform That Helps Diners Eat Out for Less — and Restaurants Keep More

ORLANDO, Fla. — June 5, 2026 — NyamTyme, a Florida-based food-membership platform, today launched at NyamTyme.com with a dual mission: make dining at local restaurants more affordable for everyday Floridians, and give those restaurants a lower-cost way to attract and keep customers.

Founded in Orlando by commercial pilot Jevoyan Dahaqua and Florida native Courtney Dahaqua, NyamTyme offers prepaid restaurant memberships that diners can use at participating local restaurants across Florida.

For diners, NyamTyme is a way to discover neighborhood spots, try new cuisines, and stretch a dining budget further. For restaurants, it is a channel to bring in new guests and build repeat business without giving away a large share of every sale to high-fee delivery and marketplace apps.

NyamTyme arrives at a moment when many Floridians are dining out less as costs rise, and when independent restaurants are searching for ways to grow that do not depend on steep third-party commissions or constant discounting.

“I’ve had street food in Bangkok, a bowl of ramen in Japan, and home-cooked meals in Jamaica — and what stays with you is never just the food. It’s the people you share it with,” said Jevoyan Dahaqua, Co-Founder of NyamTyme.

“Courtney and I built NyamTyme so more Floridians can have that experience close to home, at a price that makes sense,” Dahaqua added, “and so the local restaurants we love can grow without giving away a large share of every sale to a third-party app.”

Unlike delivery-first apps, NyamTyme is built around in-person dining and lasting customer relationships. Participating restaurants can reach new diners, encourage repeat visits, fill slower periods, and feature the menu items and offers they choose while keeping more of what they earn.

For diners, NyamTyme helps customers discover real meals at local Florida restaurants, explore new cuisines, visit neighborhood spots they might otherwise miss, and support local restaurants directly.

For restaurants, NyamTyme is designed to help local food businesses reach diners who are actively looking to eat local, turn first visits into repeat regulars, fill slower days and off-peak hours, and reduce reliance on high-fee third-party apps.

“Florida has one of the most exciting food scenes in the country — Caribbean, Latin, Asian, soul food, seafood, and the family-run spots most people never hear about,” Dahaqua said. “NyamTyme exists to put those places in front of more diners, and to make sure restaurants earn more by being discovered, not less.”

Dahaqua’s work and curiosity have taken him across the United States and around the world, including Japan, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Thailand, Leipzig, Israel, Dubai, Jamaica and the wider Caribbean, Honolulu, and Incheon. Those experiences helped shape NyamTyme’s mission to make different kinds of food more available to everyday people while creating better tools for local restaurants.

NyamTyme is launching first in Florida, beginning in Central Florida, with plans to expand restaurant partnerships statewide. The company is currently inviting restaurants, cafés, and local food businesses to join the platform.
