Northwest Florida Wellness Practice Using Sound and Vibration Receives Statewide Best of Florida Recognition

Panama City-based Harmonics of Life receives 2026 Best of Florida recognition as interest grows in sound, vibration and nervous-system-focused wellness.

PANAMA CITY, Fla. — September 2026 — An approach to wellness that was once unfamiliar to many people in Northwest Florida is gaining increasing recognition.

Harmonics of Life, a Panama City-based holistic wellness practice founded by author and Vibrational Wellness Practitioner Kateryna Armenta, has been named a 2026 Best of Florida winner.

The recognition is especially meaningful to Armenta because her practice is built around an approach that many people had never encountered when she first began introducing it locally: using sound, vibration and other complementary practices to support relaxation, nervous-system regulation and whole-person well-being.

“When I first started talking about sound, vibration, energy and the nervous system, I spent a lot of time simply explaining what I was doing,” Armenta said. “People were curious, but it was unfamiliar. To now see this work receive statewide recognition is incredibly meaningful because it shows how much that conversation is changing.”

At Harmonics of Life, Armenta incorporates therapeutic sound and vibration, vibroacoustic technology, tuning forks, energy balancing, breathwork, heart coherence and other complementary wellness practices.

Her work centers around a simple philosophy: “Your body was designed to heal.”

Rather than looking at stress only as a mental experience, Armenta encourages people to become more curious about how stress may also be reflected in the body — from persistent tension and difficulty relaxing to disrupted sleep and the feeling of being unable to fully switch off.

“I think people are asking different questions about their health and well-being now,” Armenta said. “Why can I finally sit down but still not relax? Why do I sleep but wake up feeling exhausted? Why does my body still feel stressed when the stressful situation is already over? I want people to become curious about what their bodies may be communicating.”

That message has recently attracted attention beyond Armenta’s practice.

Her work with sound, vibration and nervous-system wellness was recently featured by local television media, bringing greater awareness to complementary wellness approaches available in Northwest Florida.

The Best of Florida recognition adds another milestone for a practice that began by introducing an unconventional concept to the Panama City community and has gradually grown through individual sessions, community events, educational work and multi-session wellness programs.

Harmonics of Life offers sound and energy experiences, vibroacoustic sessions, advanced tuning fork sessions, energy balancing, multi-session Healing Journeys and community sound experiences.

Armenta is also the author of 30 Days of Transformative Holistic Healing, which explores the relationship between the mind, body, emotions and personal transformation.

For Armenta, the recognition is less about making an unconventional approach seem conventional and more about encouraging people to remain open to new conversations about their own well-being.

“People don’t necessarily need to believe in everything I do,” she said. “I actually love when people come in curious. Curiosity is often where a completely different relationship with your body begins.”
