In this role, Elizabeth will guide the company’s strategic vision, oversee operations, and continue driving client-focused innovation as Coho Designs expands its work across defense, maritime, aerospace, medical, law enforcement, and consumer markets.

Elizabeth has played a pivotal role in Coho Designs’ growth, most recently serving as Director of Business Operations. During her tenure, she introduced scalable systems, strengthened client partnerships, and positioned the company for sustainable success. Her new appointment also marks Coho Design’s official transition to a women-owned business, reflecting the company’s ongoing commitment to leadership diversity and innovation.

A recognized entrepreneur and accomplished business leader, Elizabeth was honored in 2016 as one of the Most Influential Women in Business – Young Entrepreneur of the Year. She brings a proven track record of building and scaling organizations with an emphasis on efficiency, innovation, and customer engagement.
