Job Description:

As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through a consultative selling approach. Your primary focus will be on new business development, creating lasting relationships through your prospecting efforts while maintaining a current account list of active clients. With a wide range of digital and print products at your disposal, you’ll be equipped to meet the unique advertising and marketing needs of every client.



  • Cultivate and expand your book of accounts through effective prospecting efforts.
  • Surpass monthly and yearly sales goals, showcasing your sales prowess.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure client guarantees and KPIs are met.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, budget cycles, sales activities, and marketing objectives.

  • A driven and enterprising individual with a hunter mentality.
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital and/or print advertising sales or a related field.
  • Solid knowledge of the digital landscape, encompassing lead generation, email advertising, social media, and display advertising.
  • Strong cold-calling and appointment-setting skills to forge new opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, adept at preparing client presentations.
  • Previous experience in media sales is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and adapt quickly to change.
  • Proven track record of meeting monthly quotas with an uncapped commission plan.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and meet the minimum liability insurance requirements.



  • Competitive compensation: Base salary + commission ($50,000 to $75,000).
