The ads are 3 col x 5 and can be reduced to 2 col x 4.
The ads can be customized and emailed to advertisers – no need for face-to-face. You may want to offer a package and give advertisers options for two, three or four week schedules. Make the cost per insertion lower for the higher number of insertions.
Remind advertisers that newspapers are the prime source of reliable local news and information in your community, whether through print or digital products, in good times and in bad, we are here for you!
“Thank You” Campaign
Sun Coast Media Group, a division of APG Florida located in Charlotte, DeSoto and Sarasota counties, launched a “Thank You” campaign for its readers and the community. Sun Coast Media Group is printing full-page signs for readers to post pictures of themselves with the signs, saying thank you to our health care workers, first responders and retail workers.
“We can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done and are doing for all of us.” said Glen Nickerson, publisher for the daily Sun Newspapers.
The campaign will start this Sunday along with a front page column explaining it. The Sun is running promotional ads alerting readers to the upcoming signs in their newspapers next week.
Health care workers will be honored April 12, first responders April 15 and retail workers April 19.
Sun Coast Media Group is encouraging local businesses to give thanks in their ad campaigns, as well and welcomes anyone from the FPA organization to use them.
