Recruitment Account Executive (Inside Sales)

Responsible for the growth of Employment Classified advertising revenue through aggressive prospecting for new business and maximize sales from outbound and inbound calls. Selling appropriate MH Media advertising products.

Skills required:

Are you an aggressive prospector? An effective communicator? Would you like to help grow the recruitment category in this growing market?

·Looking for aggressive salesperson to sell MH Media suite of products including online
·Approx 80% of the time, you will be prospecting for new business cold calling and/or other lead generating system.
·Make minimum 100 calls a day
·High level of client contact: telephone and written correspondence.
·Maintains up-to-date knowledge of MH Media products, rates and policies
·Prepares advertising transactions to ensure that ads appear on time, without errors and in accordance with credit and customer relations standards and policies.
·High School, some college preferred.


·Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience required.  
·Advertising sales and knowledge of Internet required.
·Must have strong consultative selling skills.
·Excellent communication skills required.  
·Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills.
·Bilingual preferred.
